We ship stocked items 3 to 5 business days from the date payment has cleared. If the item has to be made we will contact you to let you know the time frame. Everything is handmade and may take longer to ship depending how many orders are before yours.
We accept credit cards thru Pay-Pal, money orders or cash if you choose to do a local pick up. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use credit cards.
We use USPS standard shipping in most cases. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.
No P.O. Box addresses, there must be physical addresses for delivery.

RETURNS
Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Please email us for instructions for your return. We will replace the item and set you up with return instructions.
Refunds are given after items are returned and received by Beyond Country. If you should receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and we will make arrangements with you to reship the new item. Damaged items MUST also be returned prior to reshipping new item.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned/refunded merchandise. You will be charged the 25% restocking fee even if you are returning a damage item for a refund instead of exchange. (No restocking fee on damaged exchanges).
Shipping charges are not refundable regardless of rather or not you are sending the item back for refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Email us at Chris@beyondcountrydecor.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original item packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA number. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days from the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 business days.
